About the training and educational videos
Lab.gruppen is dedicated to product training and our commitment has grown with the introduction of our Powered Loudspeaker Management (PLM) systems, utilizing integrated Lake Processing technology and the LM 26 stand-alone Digital Audio Loudspeaker processor.
Our desire is to provide dynamic, rich and in-depth training that covers the Lake Controller software platform, unique Lab.gruppen PLM Series features, Dante audio networking, and the upcoming LoadEd™ loudspeaker modeling tool.
We’ve also made available the first in a series of videos that will aid comprehension and usability of the Lake Controller software. These can be accessed via the “Videos” link in the main navigation above.
Who should attend the training?
Courses are open to everyone who would like to be Lab.gruppen Lake/PLM certified.
Generally most people would fall into one of the following categories.
- All FOH and Monitor Engineers
- Sound Technicians of all types for Touring/Install/Production
- Touring/Event Production Company Engineering Staff
- Audio Integrators/Contractors – Sales, Engineering, and Field and Shop Staff
- Consultants of all types for High Performance Audio Systems
The courses assume a working knowledge of professional audio systems, basic audio fundamentals and basic computer skills.
