About the training
Lab.gruppen is dedicated to product training and our commitment has grown with the introduction of our Powered Loudspeaker Management (PLM) systems, utilizing integrated Lake Processing technology.
Our desire is to provide dynamic, rich and in-depth training that covers the Lake Controller software platform, unique Lab.gruppen PLM Series features, Dante audio networking, and the upcoming LoadEd™ loudspeaker modeling tool.
Lab.gruppen’s amplifiers and powered loudspeaker management systems are utilized everyday all around the world in all varieties of live productions/concerts and fixed installations. And, due to the diverse technologies employed in these products, we want to make sure all operators, technicians; system and project engineers are completely educated on the Lake Controller software, and the Lab.gruppen PLMs.
With our recent acquisition and continuing development of the Lake brand and technology, a brief overview of upcoming stand-alone processors and older Lake Processors will also be provided in these classes.
Who should attend?
Courses are open to everyone who would like to be Lab.gruppen Lake/PLM certified.
Generally most people would fall into one of the following categories.
- All FOH and Monitor Engineers
- Sound Technicians of all types for Touring/Install/Production
- Touring/Event Production Company Engineering Staff
- Audio Integrators/Contractors – Sales, Engineering, and Field and Shop Staff
- Consultants of all types for High Performance Audio Systems
The courses assume a working knowledge of professional audio systems, basic audio fundamentals and basic computer skills.
