Following are answers to many of the questions we know that you want to ask…
- What should I bring?

Bring a notebook computer, preferred to be Windows XP if possible. If it’s an Apple laptop, make sure it is running Windows XP or Vista under “boot camp”. The Lake Software does not run smoothly with Parallels or VMWare Virtual Machines.
- Who provides lunch?

Lab.gruppen / TC Group Americas provides all-day beverage service and a plated sit-down lunch each day. We like to encourage “synergy” among the seminar attendees. If you need a special diet, tell us on the first morning, the hotels are usually very good at accommodating our needs.
- How many people are in each class?

The maximum amount of attendees per class is 12.
- Will PLM product be available for real hands-on training?

Yes. One PLM and one bi-amp speaker will be available to every two students.
- I am scheduling a flight, what are the class times?

The class starts at 8:30 am and ends at 6:30 pm. The doors to the classroom are open at 8:00 am.
- What does the seminar fee include?

Technically the class is free – so long as you attend the class. You will only be charged if you don’t attend a class for which you are confirmed. All attending students will recieve instruction from a superb instructor, class materials (some data sheets, papers) an official Lab.gruppen 1Gb thumb drive, a certificate of completion, beverage service, and lunch.
- How do I register?

It’s simplest and best to register online, but if you’d rather then please call Amy Perry at (519) 745-1158 × 221
- Will I get a confirmation after registering online?

Once we’ve registered you and obtained credit card details, you will receive a confirmation and a credit card receipt. If you do not get it, check your SPAM filter. We will send another email about a week before the class with last minute reminders. We normally send at least one reminder within 10 days of the scheduled class.
